"We made the wrong decision how to get to the property as the instructions about “no steps” is confusing in the English translation. The bed is extremely firm, but I personally liked it, while it was too hard for my wife. Staff who checked us in deserves five stars! Pleasant, efficient, professional, and gave an awesome recommendation for dinner! When leaving, an event was happening in the city with many streets closed in pouring rain. It made it extremely difficult to get back to our car. We had to drag our bags uphill to the parking garage. Kind of soured our experience with this property."

Definitely worth taking up the parking and transfer option given the steep hills and cobbled streets that are very atmospheric but take a bit of puff to navigate! "
