"Room wasn’t bad. Had an issue with the room making too much noise coming from the AC unit at 3 o’clock in the morning not a good experience on the first night staff on the front desk. She was very helpful and move me to a different room next day spoke to one of the manager by the name Cesar, who had the worst customer skills ever he acted like he was doing everybody a favor by him been their. Do not understand how he is a manager. I did encounter with others Managers and and they were wonderful to talk to at that location. breakfast was good. Definitely will stay there again."

"Everyone was very friendly, rooms were clean and neat, staff made great suggestions, my only complaint was that I booked thinking that breakfast was included with room (I appreciate a complimentary breakfast and coffee bar, which is what I normally look for), but spending 20 ish dollars for 2 eggs, bacon, toast, coffee just seems a little pricey for me… I know that this is handed down prices from corporate, which is why I don’t hold it against the hotel… Hotel is very nice, I’d stay again… also enjoyed taking a walk next door to experience my first ever trip to a bass pro shops lol. I recommend, and hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did"
