"A large well-appointed room with great fit and finishes, a clean comfortable bed, and my room on the ground floor even had a patio. What more could you ask for? Oh and the restaurant is pretty decent too."

"The welcome was lovely our room was ready early so they managed to allow using early. Which was so appreciated . Donald the manager and the team cannot do enough for you. Kyle was excellent at the bar on our first two evenings and he sorted out our room TV in minutes, after I had managed to mess it up? The food is very good particularly in the evening,we had the fish and chips on our last night . The house keeping is excellent very helpful staff and the rooms were lovely. It's a lovely village a perfect location to enjoy Loch Ness and we will be back . Thank You"

"Restaurant needed more staff. Staff was nice. Were charged for 2 breakfasts we did not receive. Called to have these removed and staff agreed. "

"Lovely building in a quiet area but easily walkable to the town centre. There’s a car park right at the hotel. Check in was in the bar area, which was fine, there’s no lift but there’s only a couple of floors anyway. No breakfast but we were already aware and happy to eat elsewhere. Room and en-suite were nice, room had a fridge which was great! We had plenty of towels. Only drawbacks were, bed was a bit creaky, and the bathroom could have done with a little shelf or worktop to set toiletries on. Also we only had the one toilet roll; as there’s no staff on reception and it wasn’t an emergency to warrant phoning about, late at night I had to pilfer one from the women’s toilets downstairs. Otherwise though, a great and peaceful stay! "

"Love Inverness and this was a great place to stay. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful. Hotel is in great location. Parking is the only challenge - there aren’t many close options to park your car. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Inverness. Conveniently located in the city centre near the River Ness and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very handy to have parking available on-site too! Clean, comfortable and quiet"
