"Overall very good experience. My difficulty with self service is that we are expected to have access to the internet but as travellers we are reliant on WiFi which wasn’t available before checking in. So it’s a catch 22 trying to check in. We were able only because we were let into the locked door and ‘borrowed’ the WiFi from one of the rooms. Neither a safe or satisfying option. Can you have free WiFi available before check in?"
