The next day they informed me that they could not find my booking when I booked and paid in the same booking code for 3 days. After sending all the evidences the staff said the previous staff was on leave and no information was given for the booking I made with the hotel. Disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended. "

"I would have given a 5-star rating if I hadn't had trouble with the front desk staff regarding the reservation.
I booked the hotel through Expedia for my brother. While everything was fine on my end, the hotel staff somehow had trouble accessing the reservation because they did not scroll up to see the full information on their screen!
The trouble they caused me was more annoying and bothersome than the actual issue, which was simply that they had not done their job properly."
