"We had such a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The location was perfect — close to so many events and attractions in the city, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, adorable, and full of unique charm that made the experience feel extra special. One of our favorite parts of the stay was breakfast. Sharing a meal at the community dining table with other guests created such a warm, inviting atmosphere and added a personal touch you just don’t get at larger hotels. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, memorable experience!"

"Some type of system issue that prevented them from giving out room keys at check in. Sue to the number of guests all checking in @ 3 pm it took 45 minutes waiting in line just to check in. I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"

"Well-lit parking near to sidewalk. Desk staff friendly, courteous, and efficient. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was not elaborate but it was fresh and hot. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy."

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "

"The elector to our room pilates on the 3rd floor was out of order during our whole stay! The door to the room was stuck closed you had to give it a kick to open or close! The faucet in the bathroom was just put in the whole in the marble you had to hold it still to be able to operate it… would not stay again and would not recommend it"
