"The room was clean & the staff was courteous & polite. I hosted a party catered by their in- house restaurant called, Romulo Cafe in their 2nd floor events room Not only was the food excellent, but the service rendered by the restaurant staff (for my particular event) was super: Sherwin was very attentive to our needs & his assistant was equally good! I recommend Romulo Cafe for any private event/party & also the restaurant for casual/fine dining. Overall, the stay was a great experience!"

"I have nothing but praises on this hotel. 5 Star quality, from the moment we checked in, Bianca did an excellent job, because we had to move from another hotel in the same area due to unsatisfactory experience, She let us looked at the rooms first prior to deciding which suite to take, special mention to JP and Russell, the concierge guys and all the security people - Roberto, too bad did not remember the names of the rest. The hotel also have an excellent bar in the 22nd floor called Vue where there is ballroom dancing every Monday and live bands from Wed-Saturday l, which are also excellent. Another nice touch on this hotel is an access to a lounge (only if you are in the suites) in the 21st floor, where you can have a snack, all included, anytime of the day and happy hour between 6-8 pm, where they serve light dinner and all drinks, including wines/beer. Another special mention to Pia and Ferdie. The highlight of my trip is meeting the designer (Norman Acuba) who has a shop in the hotel, and does custom made ballroom / dancing costumes and he was able to accommodate to make 2 dresses for me in the span of 3 weeks - i will be seeing you again in a year Norman. Overall we had an excellent experience on this hotel and is highly recommended and so worth it."

"This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for me. Staff was awesome and helpful. My one small gripe was the shower door is not well sealed and allows water to escape to easily but as I said minor. "

"Taal Vista Hotel is truly one of a kind. This is not a hotel you compare to modern chain properties—and that’s exactly its charm. It’s historic, nostalgic, and carries an older, classic style that gives it real character. The rooms may feel dated to some, but that’s part of the experience. It’s not for everyone, but it was absolutely perfect for me and my family. Many have already mentioned the beautiful views, and they are absolutely magical. Waking up to the scenery and enjoying it throughout the day truly elevates the entire stay and adds to the hotel’s timeless appeal. The food was another highlight of our stay. There’s a great selection at very reasonable prices, and everything we tried—from the breakfast buffet to ordering à la carte from the menu—was delicious. A fun bonus was the trio of singers who perform for guests and will sing just about any song you request, which really added to the overall experience. What truly sets Taal Vista apart is the staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding. Everyone—and I mean everyone—goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The team is consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Bernadette and Joy, who made our stay especially memorable and made us feel genuinely pampered. If you appreciate history, charm, magical views, great food, and exceptional service, Taal Vista is a place you’ll truly enjoy."

"Reasonably priced and clean hotel. Convenient to go to a mall beside the hotel, where places to eat around the hotel can be found. Room is spacious; lobby is decent. Only feedback - hard to communicate with the hotel - sent emails to them since December 7, 2025 re: requests concerning reservation and no reply were received from them. Needed to call them to communicate. "
