"My friends and I had initially booked another hotel which was sub par so we had to find a hotel last minute and we were able to book Ascott Mentang. It was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was met with incredible service and friendly staff. I booked two rooms but accidentally booked one at another Ascott. They took care of canceling the other booking and giving me another room in their hotel. The room service was prompt and delicious and when we checked out they gave us snacks for the plane. There is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Jakarta. I love this hotel and their staff. Plus the rooms were wonderful, large, clean and plenty or amenities including a small kitchenette. Wifi always on and fast. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely be back. "
