"Lovely, relaxing stay with excellent staff We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa. The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and just what we had hoped for. As with many properties in Santorini, be prepared for plenty of stairs! This is very much part of the island's character, but worth bearing in mind. My only criticism relates to the steps leading down from the private hot tub. The safety handrail could be more securely fitted, and I think some anti-slip rubber strips on the steps would be a sensible addition. I appreciate that these might detract slightly from the beautiful whitewashed appearance of the property, but unfortunately my wife slipped on the steps and hurt herself, so it is a safety issue worth addressing. That aside, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Pegasus Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing Santorini getaway."

We especially loved the freshly made pancakes and the Greek yogurt — absolutely yummy! The view from the pool was beautiful and so relaxing. We also went on a hike during our stay and were rewarded with some truly amazing views. It was such a lovely experience! What made our stay even more special was the hotel staff, who were always so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Princess Spa Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food, beautiful views, and excellent hospitality. "Overall great stay! Small issues with water not getting hot for a while and frequent power outages, though this is understandable for the island. Went to check out breakfast the one morning and had the hotel staff promptly run into the breakfast room to inform us we couldn’t be there. Cleaning staff are kind and lovely but showed up while we were trying to sleep in the morning and despite politely declining the cleaning service we were informed they needed to come in. Not the vibe for our honeymoon."
