This hotel is absolutely terrific! The staff were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean. It was in an excellent location for a walk down into Fira although Imervigoli had plenty of restaurants too. We will definitely come back next time we visit Santorini!

We stayed in the newly renovated Lagoon Room and it was amazing! It was exactly like the 3D rendering on the listing and not a thing was different. From what I understand, it was completed only a few weeks before we arrived and what a great job they did! The staff is kind and attentive to your every need and the owner is always walking around the property making sure you’re taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

My bestie and I had a great time at this property. Breakfast was delicious every morning. My only complaint is the music at the pool everyday. I would be nice if they had at least one pool open that wasn't blaring music in case you wanted a quieter pool experience.

The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is beautiful, and the pools offer breathtaking views, making it a wonderful place to relax and experience Santorini. The only downside is that walking outside the hotel can be quite challenging. The road beside the hotel has no sidewalk, and cars travel quickly along the narrow roadway, which can be especially dangerous after sunset. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to a few central locations in Fira, allowing guests to travel more safely and conveniently. Otherwise, I strongly recommend renting a car or using taxis rather than walking, especially in the evening.

Great room and nice view and staff, but the private pool was not cleaned when we got there so we couldn’t really enjoy it; instead it got cleaned the morning we were supposed to check out. Not sure if that’s typical. Also, when we got in, there were people painting and working on the hotel exterior right outside and there’s high visibility to our private pool and room, so it was a bit uncomfortable
