From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—genuinely friendly, attentive, and always eager to help without being intrusive. The architecture is truly a standout feature: modern yet rooted in the local aesthetic, with beautiful design touches throughout that made the entire property feel luxurious and unique. The pools were absolutely incredible—serene, well-designed, and perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and every space feels modern and updated, clearly reflecting the care that went into its recent opening. We also spent some time at the spa, which was nothing short of perfection. From the ambiance to the quality of treatments, it was a top-tier wellness experience. The on-site restaurants were also excellent. Each meal we had was flavorful and beautifully presented, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international palates. One important note for future guests: the hotel is located in the countryside, so it’s a good 30–45 minutes by car to the coastal Algarve towns and beaches. A rental car is definitely recommended if you plan to explore beyond the resort. "The hotel and staff were amazing. Myself and my wife celebrated our wedding anniversary on our arrival date and the hotel very kindly had a lovely gift in our room for us. The facilities were fantastic, clean and comfortable. We decided to go half board for our stay and the choice's both at breakfast and dinner could not be faulted. Lovely fresh and very well presented food. The staff at the hotel are incredible. Polite, professional and efficient. Nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is within walking distance of the marina and while passing traffic can be heard around the pool area during the day,at night the hotel is quiet and peaceful and noise was never an issue. We were disappointed to hear that the hotel is to temporarily close at the end of the season for a full renovation as we particularly loved the traditional character of the place. We hope it doesn't change the ambience of the place too much Noel "
