Our stay at WOT was excellent… property was clean, the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful- the continental breakfast was great.. the beaches were close by - 5 min drive…and shopping as well - 15 min drive. Also our room had a kitchenette which we loved… with a beautiful spacious patio overlooking the pool.. loved it..

Great location to get around. Although not near to the beach everything is close by in the car. Much quieter than staying in resorts or near to the beaches. Lovely beach of Loulé Velho just 6 minutes away in the car.

Very clean, very friendly lots of good advice but quite basic - decor, facilities, overall appearance though paintwork and furniture was all in good repair. Extensive continental breakfast with good coffee. Pool looked inviting though we didn’t use it.

Pool wasn’t available despite being advertised. Most guests were workmen who made a lot of noise at 5:30 am. Very dated and in need of a refurb. However, very clean, comfortable beds and has all the essentials. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Scruffy, tired but clean with friendly staff

We needed 3 days in a hotel b4 we could get into our apartment and booked this to put us over. I advised i wouldnt b there until after midnight due to late flight and asked for late arrival info. This was very poor and confused as i could only get them to communicate by texts. Details of a safe outside the hotel entrance were given and i was told my keycard along with others would be in there. I asked how i would know which room/key was mine but got no reply. When i arrived there was a notice with emergency contact info but when i rang it nobody answered. I opened the safe and there were 3 keycards. I took all 3 and had to guess which room was mine. Not very good. The property and linen were clean and the staff were very polite and helpful but the rooms were very poor with old scuffed furniture and the loo seat was falling off. The pool area was quiet with nice sunbeds and shades. Carpark fine. I had a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very poor with old and worn equipnent that i didnt use. Very poorly appointed. Breakfast was extra at €12 but looked poor. I went to the local Apalonia supermarket and had a fab breakfast for less. Great restaurant next door called Floresta. Overall, this hotel is scruffy and overpriced. It was booked as an emergency but i wouldnt go back..

Awful - just awful!

We had booked a superior studio for a night prior to a flight home (using some Tesco Clubcard points). The location is close to the airport and staff on reception were helpful and friendly. Our room, however, was diabolical. I found three hairs in my bed (possibly animal), the air conditioner was dripping outside on the balcony and the smell of damp out there and in the room was intolerable and not healthy. We had to turn it off. The room was dated and furniture scuffed. The toilet seat was like spongy cardboard with all of the damage to it. So gross. Taped up fire blanket. Light switch on bathroom mirror hanging down on a loose cable. Bathroom over door heater rusting. Microwave oven that didn’t look safe. Because we had prebooked the room using Tesco Clubcard points we didn’t bother complaining as we wouldn’t have got a refund. Had to sleep with the door open because the air con smelt so bad and we had a dreadful nights sleep as there were cats fighting outside on and off all night. The pool looked ok but there were two taped cordoned off areas next to it that were unusable. Breakfast was ok and the staff were pleasanf. Just a horrible experience and we won’t be staying there again. Will attach photos!

Great Place

Amazing staff and location. The breakfast is great too - could do with additional hot food, but it still good. Really good restaurants near by, in fact one right next door so don’t even have to look far. Definitely recommend, as I’ll be coming back.
