"We had the best stay in this pristine, relaxing, welcoming home away from home💕 The staff are treasures and intentional in making you feel well taken care of. A big thank you to Andre and the breakfast staff as they extended extra care-bringing treats and special plates. The daily breakfast was catered to all preferences. The pool/spa spectacular. We were stranded due to the blizzard and they accommodated us for the few extra days. Experience at the Azores would be sorely remiss if you do not make Hotel Verde Mar & Spa part of your vacation."

"Absolutely one of the best accommodations we’ve ever had! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly! They’re helpful and have great recommendations for everything you could want to do on the island. First off, the hotel was beautiful and a piece of art in itself. The room was spotless! They provided towels for the shower and darker towels for the thermal pools. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to every day. We will absolutely be staying with them again on our next stay! Thank you again!"

"What a great spot if you want quiet and tranquility, the view was spectacular. Went for a nice walk in the morning along the bluff not a place to go if you do not have a car or don’t bring groceries with you. It’s a bit far out that is what I loved about it. "
