"During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, I encountered some issues: - Pillows: Extremely flat and lacking support, making for an uncomfortable sleep. - Breakfast: Although I paid extra, the pancakes were hard and cold, and the oatmeal was watery. The restaurant staff, however, was efficient and pleasant. - Forgotten Items: I left my black hoody with white "Calvin Klein" lettering on the left-side arm in the closet but did not receive a call from the hotel. I believe hotels should make an effort to contact guests about forgotten valuables, especially if they make an effort to reach out for payments or promotions. How wonderful if someone would’ve reached out to me. This review would’ve been more favorable. Overall, I wouldn't mind returning due to cleanliness and staff. I hope they improve their breakfast and pillow quality and enhance communication regarding forgotten items. Thank you."

"The hotel was clean, great breakfast, didn't try the hot tub, in general was a good stay, but the night on april 11th, 2026 the young guy from the front desk was very rude, I didn't know he worked there and the moment he saw me coming out of my room started asking if we paid and to show him proof that we paid...I told him if you work here you can check that.. and he continued being rude saying "no you has to show that you paid' it was a very uncomfortable exchange. "

"this is not a hotel. you can not sleep because of all the noise of the traffic.don't beleive the photo's you see that is a catfish!!! tv is not working bathroom is not good water leak a whole mess. to get a towel you need to bring the dirty one so they can wash it and bring it back you need to ask for room cleaning. "We only spent one night here before traveling to another part of the country, but it was a wonderful experience. The two adjoining rooms were beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was really fabulous. I highly recommend staying here."
