"Had a horrible time at check in- our one bedroom suite had been given to another guest. The man at the desk never acknowledged it initially and tried to move us into a small room with 2 queens which wouldn’t work as my daughter with disabilities needs more space to move around. I could go on and on about other things that were horrible with check-in -finally after an hour I said we have got to go eat. I’ll come back later and we’ll get things settled up.. he kept leaving us at the desk and going into the back room to talk on the phone. Strangest check in I have ever had.. I hope others have better luck, but I honestly can’t say that I would recommend this hotel. Lovely otherwise but boy did he add to stress and anger after a long day of travel!!"

"The hotel staff were so inviting that I was even more happy to be there. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was my favorite place to be. The pool was cool enough to be refreshing but not ice cold which was appreciated. Very happy with the stay and would recommend anyone to stay there."

"We had 3 rooms booked for a wedding in the area. I called the day before to request an early check in. I was told it was $30 per room for an early check in so I told the person please just charge one room for early check in and we will get ready in one room. When I got to the desk they proceeded to check us in for all the rooms - I was thinking - cool - all the rooms are ready already. We got charged $36 for each room. When I called to dispute it - they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Horrible communication at the desk - would not stay here again "

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family. The facility is tired but it is clean and the staff are nice. My reservation for a mobility handicapped accessible room occasionally shows up as a hearing accessible which won't work for us. The staff has been very helpful at correcting Expedia's error."

"Out at the very front they have more than enough parking. In the back where I'm at it's limited. They just don't have the room in the back. This is the first room that I've actually really liked. And I won't stay on the bottom floor ever again. I get why it's so popular, but it's too noisy. Now this morning at a quarter to 6:00 I wasn't real happy because there was a lot of screaming going on below me. But I wasn't sure at the time where it was coming from. I called the front desk and they sent security over found out there was two little girls in the room by themselves. Dad was nowhere to be found. That's all that security told me and then he left because he had already put in 8 hours. Unbelievable what people do. It wasn't the front desk fault it was nobody's fault but the people in that room well I should say the parent that was vacant. Other than that everything was great. I've been able to sleep with no disturbances and my cat is happy which really makes a difference because he's my baby. Anyways hands down this is a much better Motel 6 then the other one south of here."
