Friendly staff, very helpful. However I stayed for 3 nights and was told I didn’t get cleaning service for that time frame of stay. I understand being short staffed, but A little refresh halfway through would have been nice.

The guy at the check in was friendly and adjusted our room location to be closer to the elevator since my husband just had surgery. The parking lot had two vehicles that had the hood up and people were working on them, they appeared to have been there a while. There was a motorhome parked along the side of the hotel that was not in nice condition. The parking lot had people working on vehicles all night long, they were yelling and listening to loud music. The roadway by the hotel is very loud with cars racing. The people upstairs from us were fighting for 3 hours we called down stairs and advised the front desk. You can hear the next door neighbor when they were talking very clearly. You could hear the next door toilets flushing.

Great staff for most part we’re awesome! Breakfast on point free laundry was nice touch and decent rooms !!! No complaints on 5-7 key reprints or even shrugged shoulders !

This is a drug/crack/meth haven. I DID NOT CHECK IN. Drug dealers, prostitutes, filth. I felt UNSAFE. Expedia should delete this property from its listings. I waited in the parking lot for 15 min before going into the lobby. Illicit drug dealers, prostitutes checking in, street people surrounding the property. I tried without success to contact Expedia. I left the property and drove 6 hrs after driving for 8 hrs. I was repulsed by this hotel. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I will be contacting Expedia regarding this matter.
