"This hotel always meets my expectations for what a hotel should be. Always clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. They check all the boxes. Other hotels should have to study how this place operates and learn from them. "

"Location says 15 minutes from airport but takes twice the amount of time from airport. Felt like it was a rougher side of town. Had problems with loud next door guests and took 3 calls and trip to front desk to get problem resolved. Breakfast was very basic and not good for someone with celiac. "

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana, which already gave a very bad first impression. When we entered the room, everything looked very worn out and outdated. The fans and ceilings were covered in dust, showing a clear lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was charged twice. I have been trying for a week to get a refund and still haven’t received any resolution or effective response, which is completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Poor cleanliness, bad conditions, and even worse customer service."

"Clean and comfortable place for a night on a business trip. Lovely pool/courtyard but did not use them. "

"Parking was $10 per day which was a surprise for this area. There are plenty of parking spaces around here. A large young lady named Hallee (?) at the front desk was extremely rude when I brought down the keys that stopped working second day the row. She gave me a nasty attitude and said “I’m just working here” and was clearly inconvenienced by me. If she doesn’t embrace hospitality business, she is at a wrong place. She then told me she will speak with the management with even nastier tone. She seemed very angry every time I saw her. I thought Breakfast was good. Ladies working the breakfast were very pleasant, helpful to small children and topping off with more. There’s no 24 hr coffee station with coffee in it or any cups, their drink machine at breakfast was broken. Their infused water station was mostly empty after breakfast. Ice machine next to the elevator was a nice amenity. It was a packed weekend with many kids running around loudly, perhaps some drunk, slamming doors and cussing middle of the night. Walls are thin, it woke me up throughout the night. Second night I called the front desk, and he was very courteous and quick to calm the situation. There are plenty of other hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
