"The friendly and welcoming staff was an highlight. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the rooms were immaculate, clean, loved my shower!! I had a wonderful kitchen area ( cups.plates, utensils etc.,), plus a dishwasher included. Beautiful hotel. The only downside was that the breakfast was very lackluster ( would’ve loved to see more variety of breakfast items), other than that,this is a beautiful, great hotel will definitely stay again. And if you like to gamble the hotel is only located five minutes away from the hard rock casino.."

"my wife and I stayed here on Oct 17th thru 18th 2025.At first when pulling into the property seeing the condition outside, we had second and 3rd thoughts about going to another property.After checking in and entering the hotel it smelled very clean and looked clean the staff were extremely nice.We went to our room and it was spotless had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable had the best sleep in yrs no noice and very peacfull will stay again and agin thank you"
