"I had a short stay at this hotel and was very impressed. The property is new, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around. An area for improvement would be the breakfast package, it would be helpful if this was explained more clearly on the websites. Package is for a very specific and set breakfast not allowing for many options. Food is similar to that provided free with other hotel chains. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider returning ( just not paying extra for the “breakfast”.) "

"I walked in the room 1 million roaches awaited me cause a minute I cut the light on they started scattering. I went to the front desk to ask them to cancel the reservation so I can get my full amount back they refused, threatened to hit me with a bat and called the law-enforcement and acted like I was the problem I had my child with me. It is unsafe disgusting, and unhealthy in there. "
