"Highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. The only hiccup was the transportation from the airport. We arrived at 11:30pm and when we got to the shuttle it was full so we had to wait for the next one and decided to get a cab instead ($22). Other than that everything was wonderful"
Sleepover - Lima Airport, the only in-terminal sleep pods
10/10 Excellent
"A Lifesaver for Solo Travelers & Standby Stress!
I spent 6 hours in a solo sleepover pod during a long standby wait, and it was worth every penny. As a solo female traveler, safety is my priority, and I felt completely secure here. The area requires an access card, and the room doors lock automatically.
The pod itself was incredibly comfortable. I loved that the bed is adjustable (chair, recliner, or flat bed), and they provide a cozy travel pillow and blanket. A huge plus for me: you can control your own AC and lighting! I usually run hot, so being able to chill the room was amazing.
Even though I had two large suitcases that wouldn't fit in the pod's storage (which is perfect for a carry-on and personal item), the staff was kind enough to store them for me. They also offer coffee, tea, and soda water. The bathrooms were spotless both times I used them, and despite being in a busy airport, it was very quiet—I only heard a vacuum for a few seconds the whole time. They book up fast, but if I’m stuck again, this will be my first stop!"
"I want to give this place a good review because the staff were so friendly but honestly, I don't recommend staying here unless you can sleep through anything. The plane sounds are so loud it sounds like its going to crash into the place.
The floor in our room was super dirty. And the neighborhood is very run down and sketchy looking.
The only plus were the nice staff and punctual private taxi arranged for us. "
"Fine place to stay one night between flights, but you can no longer walk here from the airport. Instead you must take a 20-30 minute taxi. It is very basic with no sign on the door. Friendly staff but I did not feel safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Next time would splurge for hotel attached to airport and actually walking distance."
"Denis was an incredible host! He was right there at the airport to pick me up with a sign bearing my name. He made a wonderful fresh breakfast for his guests the next morning and took me to the Larco Museum the next day. He brought me back to the airport at 0430 with a smile when I had to depart! Please understand that this is a basic room, but that was all I needed. He was very nice."
