"It’s a small room by USA standards, but a great value. My room was clean, the shower hot, AND they offered me an upgrade (I don’t know why). Bonus mirror by the bed! Some noise from other rooms and the bar. It’s in a working neighborhood, but you can walk two blocks to Mercado Santa Rosa for breakfast, fruit, and early dinner. "The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good as well. The only problems we encountered were with the shower, it wasn’t pitched correctly so it didn’t drain very well, and when we entered the room it had a bad smell, and we later discovered it was from the carpet, perhaps they had just steam cleaned it because it was saturated. All in all, a very good experience."
