Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though there were a few ups and downs! The rooms were 15 square meters, a bit tight, but perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. "We loved staying at the Natsepa hotel. All the staff is so lovely and we had an amazing stay. Everyone was helpful and kind. We also really liked the food in their restaurant and the facilities in general. We highly recommend it!!"

"Das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Das Bad war voller Schimmel und verdreckt. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt. Die Fenster waren kaputt. Es war somit sehr laut. Nie wieder!!! Geht nicht dahin."
