We loved staying at the Natsepa hotel. All the staff is so lovely and we had an amazing stay. Everyone was helpful and kind. We also really liked the food in their restaurant and the facilities in general. We highly recommend it!!

Restaurant food is not great. Limited offerings for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was good selection. Table surfaces should be cleaned after every use. Need better cooling. Rooms are clean and large. No elevator.

Despite incredible reviews, the property complete disappointed. Amenities were dismal. It was certainly not a luxury property! I could hear my next door neighbours partying in their room in the early hours of the morning! I would not recommend a stay at the Natsepa to anybody that might ask!

The view is magnifficent, the hotel should have a fresh painting. The menu is rather sober. Although breakfast is until 10:00am, there is not much left for you at 09:00 am Peronel is more than friendly

Lag dode kakkerlak en andere insecten. Beddengoed zat met bloed, douche straal kwam zo wat niks uit. Buffet, alles lag open met vliegen die erop af kwamen. Nooit meer, zijn hierdoor ook eerder uit Ambon vertrokken

Room was in ok condition. I couldn’t push the shower knob from hand held to overhead. Towels need to be replaced. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, so housekeeping sprayed, and left an electric gadget. This is my 3rd stay, I would stay here again.

Heerlijk verblijf op Hotel Natsepa!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Hotel Natsepa. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt is dat de wachttijd van besteld eten erg lang duurt. En dat wij niet gelijktijdig ons eten kregen, zodat de 1 het eten al op had wanneer voor de ander het eten kwam. Het verliep ook best wel chaotisch want andere tafels hadden het ook. Maar voor de rest erg tevreden😃

Hele mooie omgeving. De service is top, alle medewerkers vriendelijk. Ontbijt was super en diner ook super. Eten werd snel gebracht. De kamer werd elke dag gedaan door Valvin, hij was super vriendelijk, niets was teveel. Als je wat vroeg stond het bij wijze van spreken de volgende seconde al klaar.

De oprijlaan naar het hotel is erg verouderd en in slechte staat. Kamers ruim en schoon. Ontbijt niet bijzonder en diner erg karig. Wij hebben voor de lunch zeker 20 minuten op het terras gezeten voordat er iemand van de bediening kwam. Ervoor gekozen om ergens anders te lunchen. Mooie locatie maar er valt nog veel op te knappen en qua bediening nog veel te verbeteren.

Het was een mooi en goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Alleen onze key-card werkte niet goed. Overdag geen probleem, maar in de avond doet de card het niet. Moest elke avond naar beneden, waar ze bij de receptie de kaart weer activeerden. Boven deed de kaart het nog niet. Weer maar beneden, komt er iemand mee met de mastercard om de deur te openen. Het zou gerepareerd worden, maar daar merkten we niks van. Elke avond twee keer op en neer omdat de kaart niet werkt is toch wel erg vervelend. Verder hadden we geen warm water om te douchen, wat op zich niet echt vervelend was met de warmte. Maar toen we eenmaal warm water hadden, was het of koud of gloeiend heet. Het was niet mogelijk om het goed in te stellen. Maar buiten dat om, was het een zeer prettig verblijf!

Très agréable séjour, très bon accueil

Excellent séjour après long voyage depuis la France. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l écoute , le service est de qualité. L environnement est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Buffet petit déjeuner formidable.

The staff were great and very keen to look after you as well as they can. The room we had was large and very pleasant. The hotel as a whole is very tired with adjoining buildings in serious disrepair. This seems to be very common in Ambon. The pool area is very nice - an old bar attached now just a sitting area for staff and again deteriorating rapidly which is a shame. We didn’t have huge expectations as this is not a high tourist area and after looking around would still be my choice of place to stay. The main irritant was the constant noise with loud poor quality music in the public areas - dining room, pool area and reception. The outlook is beautiful and peace and quiet would greatly enhance the experience - music is such a personal thing and those who want to listen have their headsets and devices to do that.

Property overall is very tired. That said the actual rooms are OK and the staff lovely. Food was OK but overcooked or not authentic. Probably trying to achieve a balance between western taste and original spice. Music choice was terrible in all common areas and insisted on playing it too loud.. got pretty tiresome as sitting down at breakfast was far nicer when the music was off or turned down low.. the setting is actually quite tranquil.. they should let the customer enjoy the peace and quiet rather than filling it with noice. The reality is there’s not much choice in Ambon area so this is the pick of hotels unless you go with the two choices in downtown Ambon.
