"The hotel is nice and the staff is very polite and kind. However, I think there is room for improvement and the hotel should be more flexible for guests arriving in the morning and try to check them in earlier than the official time of 15pm."

"About 10 minute easy walk from Zurich HB. Clean room with enough space for 4 for a few days. Pull-out sofa is quite large. Easy walk to shopping areas. Lots of food options within walking distance."
