Apartment was close to train station and city. Room & facilities were good including a kitchen area for food prep & eating meals. Small food & bar in the building was handy before check in time. Apartment room was a little cramped as bag storage area was not available. Overall a good place with a reasonable price.

Perfect size and location for a few days in Zürich. Great value for money. The rug in the room could use a clean and it would be nice to have a bolt on the inside of the door for nighttime, but otherwise I loved the stay. Danke schon for have A/C this week!!

The staff at Leonhardstrasse ( MARY ) of housekeeping was excellent and very professional. She informed and assisted us when the room’s balcony door was damages prior to our checking in. She helped contact the office and helped us move in to the replacement room.

It is a modern room but a little smaller than I expected. Close to everything. My only negative comment is that the access code did not work for us to enter the building when we arrived past midnight. Luckily a resident stepped outside and we were able to enter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was on the 7th floor and the elevator only runs to the 6th floor. So i had to hand carry my heavy luggages up the stairs. The breakfast was good, and the free laundry facility was useful.

The best thing about this accommodation is the central location. The room was clean but very small for 2 people. The shared kitchen was ok if you are happy to use while several other guests cooking around you. The staff were very pleasant. We had trouble with the door handle, we couldn’t leave our room until the cleaner came to rescue us. It turns out that you have to force the handle down!

Room was clean and had all the amenities that were listed/described. Close proximity to city center and Zurich HB. Originally booked Leonhardstrasse but got switched for Studio Apartment Senior. Nonetheless, hotel room was good and clean.

The hotel is centrally located, but be aware that it is uphill and if you have more than one bag, you will want to take an uber from the train station. I reached out to the hotel four months before arrival, but there was an issue where they could not see my email address even though I provided it on Expedia through messaging. They need to be more clear about the process that a guest needs to register on their website online before arrival in order to get the access code. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the room was c comfortable.

Be careful, you have to register online with the hotel to get an entry code, during the process you have to enter your phone number, the website kept telling us it was the wrong format no matter what we tried! Very frustrating and stressful when you are scheduled to arrive and you can’t get a code! We finally discovered if you put a + sign before the number, the registration process works but not too many Americans would know this. Clean, small, functional, great location but if you can help it do NOT get a car, parking is a nightmare. They have 5 small spots downstairs you can rent for $40 every 12 hours, not a car friendly city. Lastly, our true savior who literally saved us from a mental breakdown was Constantina, she helped us register, called the company, got our codes, explained about the parking, she was so sweet, so helpful, we saw her every morning for coffee and she was always smiling and happy to see us. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Free laundry on site you provide the detergent. Short walk to river and train station, really a great location and you can’t beat the price in Zurich. Wish there was a roof deck or somewhere you can have a nightcap and visit but there is not. Great Kebab restaurant just down the hill, easily share one entree to save some $$$, they aren’t kidding when they say Zurich is expensive! The bed is comfortable and there is a lift for upper floors. All in all a good stay just wish the check in was a little easier.

If you are looking for a place for one night - it works . But otherwise - for a stay of a few days- it’s been unpleasant . Too many details are annoying . This is a person free hotel . As opposed to other reviews - I had no issues with checkin. But the room is not as in the pictures (“pictures are just representative” I was told) . The rooms don’t get cleaned , the shower is annoying (entrance too narrow , water not always hot) . The room can get loud . There is no reception or place to lock your luggage properly. The design of the room ales it uncomfortable for more than a day or two . I had no issues to reach customer service even though they couldn’t solve the complaint .

Nice room and nice location. However, room promised free toiletries, AC, tea and coffee facilities, and there was none. The shower/sink design was also so small in our particular room you could hardly get in the shower! Please note, you can’t access rooms anytime before 3pm as there room code doesn’t work until 3 on the dot!

The edge of the cabinet is in the way and we both hit our heads which was painful The door code didn’t work the 2nd day even though we took our time putting it in. Location was good and the transit “Zoo” dropped us off in front of the hotel It was clean and private

Excellent location, although there are a few steep steps to climb from the station to the property. We were given a pass code to enter the property, but no other information about checking in with anyone. There was mention of breakfast when making our booking, but no information about this at the property. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable

They were incredibly helpful and replied to emails very quickly. Very nice place but was hard to find but there directions on the email sent was very very helpful. Check in was so smooth and easy. The free to use laundry room was AMAZING and so so helpful!! The only downside was that the rooms smelled funny and there were stains on the bedding. But that is it. Everything else was perfect and it was in a perfect location. Would highly recommend regardless

Property was easy to find and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, the river front. Very clean room and the bed/pillows/linens were super comfy. A/C unit in room too! Which was very helpful with the hot weather during my stay.
