The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal however considering the premium price you pay, well i think this is expected. The kitchen was handy as we then could make our own breakfast which helps out cost wise. There is a microwave & cooktop & all the necessary cooking implements along with clean crockery & utensils. We didn’t eat at all do cannot comment on the quality. However, we did have a few drinks at the bar near the foyer which was very nice, the staff are excellent and gave us complimentary nibbles. There is a good coffee machine in reception which is free to use. Overall we had a very nice experience at this accommodation, clean and maintained well.

About 10 minute easy walk from Zurich HB. Clean room with enough space for 4 for a few days. Pull-out sofa is quite large. Easy walk to shopping areas. Lots of food options within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is within excellent walking distance to all the sites. We had a family room and it was clean and spacious. We had a table, kitchen and fridge, which was convenient. The hotel restaurant/bar in the lobby was a nice place to stop and have a cocktail at the end of our long day. Although within walking distance of the train station, we opted for a quick Uber ride as there were 4 of us, with luggage. I would easily recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Zurich for a short or long stay.

Great location. Comfortable room with good size fridge, small dishwasher, and good variety of utensils. The only negative was the room was warm and the ac wasn’t working or user error?!? Thankful for the portable fan in the room.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was very nice, well-equipped and quiet. The gym and free coffee were a bonus. The only negative was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Old plumbing and poor vent stack flow is the culprit.
