"Our family room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful. The breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. Excellent free car parking. The location provides good access to Sunderland and Newcastle. "

"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Room was basic but for the price it did it's job. Comfy bed. Downside was no bulb in the bedside lamp and the TV didn't work, not that it bothered me that much but still to be mentioned as a paying customer. "

"This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet"
