"I called ahead of time regarding a note on potential noise from work in the building. I called ahead and was assured that there would be no construction noise if I booked and they would set me up on the 9th floor. I woke up to hammering on the wall next to me every morning and when I complained at the front desk I was told I would be sent something to address the issue and make it right. I was not sent or messaged anything. Essentially all expectations of this stay were a let down. Even though they listened well, they did not deliver on any of their assurances."
