"Fire alarms chirping throughout the building from dead batteries.
Premises filthy and foul smelling
Vagrants coming and going
I did not stay and they refused to refund fees
This place should be condemned. "
"The room was spartan but extremely clean and comfortable. Much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. The neighborhood was a tad sketchy but cool, and the location is convenient."
"I, in fact my whole family loves to stay at this property.Easy access to whole down town.People who buy City Pass for Toronto attractions accept Toronto Zoo all attractions are near by from this property. I feel like I m leaving in my own house with family and did this tour. "
"After booking the hotel and paying the security deposit we did not get our check in information until it late the day of when we had to be checked in by 10 pm before a late fee. We checked in after getting the instructions, walked into the room and the key was not there. We contacted host and were not able to get key. My wife went on the bed and it collapsed. The bathroom light stoped working the next day. Aside from all of that the view from the rental was nice and it was in a good area. "

"The unit was missing basics for an aparthotel such as garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and paper towel. I can live with that, but the host made a mistake with the checkout time they listed on Expedia and then refused to honour it. Late checkout was one of the reasons I picked this place!
They unsympathetically rushed me out before the listed check out time (due to their mistake!!) and I ended up missing a day of remote work as I was kicked to the curb with my bags. This issue could have been...

"Property was large , clean and comfortable. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy walk to BMO field.
Once I figured out the principle of code access to elevator, room and building then everything was easy. Would recommend."
"It's a very unique hotel, located smack dab in the middle of so many dining and bar options, I'd definitely stay here again.....although my wifi did not work and the support text was ignored."
"My husband & I & our son & his wife stayed here for 3 nights & had a fabulous time. The view of the city & CN Tower was incredible, We walked every morning to The Well to S&T for spin classes, then walked along the waterfront, rented bikes & biked to Amsterdam Brewhouse, went to a Jays game. The location is perfect. The apartment was clean & so nicely laid out - it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The instructions for parking were detailed & excellent as was the parking convenience of our rental car. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you’"
"We really liked the neighborhood location. And it was a convenient walk to many different areas. Our room facing Wellington was a bit noisy but the rooms were very nicely appointed with a lot of modern features. It has an excellent vibe at nighttime. "
"made the mistake of arriving to this hotel in the middle of the night and had to walk from the underground property back to the hotel and it felt uneasy with the walk. other than that this was a beautiful hotel "
