"We left Cleveland 40 years ago. I liked the fact that the city is walkable and tourist friendly with many attractions and good restaurants. We especially enjoyed staying at the Hyatt in the historical Arcade."
"The check in was a bit frustrating because we were on time but the room was not ready for another 90 minutes and even then it wasn't so I had to take 2 queen beds instead of a king which was fine. My husband waited in the valet lane for 90 minutes also. Apparently there was a country singer concert later that evening and everyone was checking in at once. Unfortunately the valet guys were disorganized so that did not make the process go any smoother. Once we were checked in, though, everything was great. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and I had the best spinach omelet I have ever had from the headliner restaurant. "
