"Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed one night (2 kids - 2 queens). Very comfy bed, generous checkout time at midday and flexible valet as we collected our car at 2:30pm after exploring Portland and heading onto our next pit stop. Very clean and had everything we needed. Had we stayed longer we’d have checked out the pool."

"The service was awesome! They were all very helpful and I was so appreciative about being able to bring my dog with me at the last minute. If we had anything to complain about all it would be is the fact that the complimentary breakfast didn't ever have any bacon while we were there, but everything else was lovely."

"We had no idea how fabulous our stay was going to be! The loft space was beautifully appointed and so inviting. Full kitchen had amenities you didn't even know you wanted (frozen marble wine bottle holder, deluxe swivel Scrabble game and art books, anyone?). The whole place left you feeling spa-like and city-savvy at the same time. Hannah and Anna were the staff who helped us--they were responsive, courteous, and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Check-in was super easy. The location was perfect--right in the heart of the Old Port, so we walked to everything. Don't miss this fabulous place!"

"We loved the Harborview! My husband and I took a mini-getaway to Portland so stayed only one night. I wish we had been there longer. It was a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed, and the view was GREAT. Every staff person we encountered was lovely and helpful. I have to say, the elevators were blazing fast. Maybe that's a weird thing to notice, but it was kind of great! No waiting! We ordered room service after plans unexpectedly changed, and it was delicious. Also, the breakfast at the cafe on site was also delicious. My only complaint is that the showers are the rainfall kind, which I hate. But that's not enough for me to get bent out of shape about. Our whole stay was just great and I can't wait to go back! Oh, also, rooftop bar is great! Just closes a bit early. Still, overall the whole place gets an A+ from me."
