Great proximity to several London attractions, restaurants, and local happenings. Concierge team was very helpful in planning excursions and outings. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect room with a king size bed ( my husband is 6ft 5ins) with a super clean bathroom. Just the ticket if you’ve got an early flight from Terminal 5 as the hotel leads into the Terminal. We do didn’t eat there so can’t comment on dining experience. A very convenient & comfortable stay!"

"This felt more like a proper hotel than a hostel. The location was great, close to the ferry (which is free when you stay there) as well as bus transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night so didn’t take advantage of breakfast or bar but it’s something I will consider in future. My room was a nice size with a tub which I love and a view of the water. It’s a great spot if you’re traveling solo very cost effective. Will come back in future"

"Staff was pleasant and helpful Nice buffet breakfast, lounge. We did not get the opportunity to eat dinner thete but seeing as it was Hell's Kitchen" I'm sure it was probably good Location was perfect The one thing I didn't like was the bathroom Went to take a shower and thete was only one towel and face cloth for two people Also the only place to hang the towel was high over the toilet Not great if you're short"
