"There was no AC or fan and the room was hot. The restaurants were sorely lacking in variety, the bathroom didnt even have hand soap. No bathroom counter space. I wasnt impressed considering it was recently renovated. They gave a breakfast bag that was a complete embarrassment. It felt like staying in a dorm room."

"Unfortunately we had a hiccups when checking in as their system was down and they couldn't confirm when it will be running again. We were worried if we should look for another hotel as they kept saying they can't check us in and we have to wait as long as needed. We ended up going for dinner and when we got back the system was up and running again. Other than that everything else was nice"

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the on site restaurants and bars are good and the cafe by the front door served great pastries and coffee. The rooms were of decent size and fine, bathroom was very nice. Location is great and we were able to get around Lisbon easily on foot or by metro/tram."

That would be a red flag to book and would have booked another hotel. AC Works very badly and had to change room to chase a reasonable AC that would work ok but never really did a reasonable job. "

"We had 2 stays at Le Jardin - one at the beginning of the trip in an apartment, one at the end in a room more like a hotel. Both were pleasant and convenient. Would be happy to stay there again. Definitely preferred the apartment set up. The wall of mirrors in the hotel room were weird."
