"The staff at the check-in desk was great!! Housekeeping was great! My only problem was the parking. Of course, for hotel guests only, you are held captive if you have rented a car and need to park. This is to the tune of $55 PER DAY. Sorry,,,but I have always felt these higher end hotels could at least provide parking for their guests. This shouldn't have been, but was somewhat of a surprise to us. We probably could have ubered for less than that, no more than we drove around! Walls are THIN also!"

"Twin fin was nice and convenient. Beautiful view from our room however, it was $60 per night for parking even for hotel guests, which was a bummer and shocked us. Other than that, very nice place to stay at."

"Very good trip, very good hotel in spa. Just some of the in conveniences of fees for hotel, even if you don't get the towels or not, towels still charge a 20 bucks for that plus to 55 every day. Other than that was great"

"The property was beautiful, right on Waikiki beach. This was a real treat. I enjoyed the infinity swimming pool. The Ocean View from my room was to die for. They had the pool area lit up beautifully at night. At end of beach you could see Diamond Head. The shops, breakfast and the coffee Café were magnificent. Nicely press coffee. Oh, I so enjoyed. Very close to shops and plenty to see and do. I truly enjoyed my stay. This is the first Hotel review I have ever given. It was because this was a class act all the way. Also, If you forgot anything you had the Macy's nearby and there was nothing you couldn't purchase at an ABC store. I always hung here when I went to Hawaii in the past. Staying as a guest was so much better. I shall be back."
