We were so happy with this resort. Beautiful koi pond in front. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants on Kalākaua Ave and Kūhiō Ave. Our one bedroom unit was spacious and was exactly what we were looking for to ensure a comfortable 11 day trip. Thank you to the staff for making our check-in on a Sunday super easy. Highly recommend!

This place is in an ideal location, with everything within walking distance. The only downside was that the pool area was under renovation, which we were hoping to use, but it wasn’t mentioned on the listing. Despite this, we’ll definitely be back. The room was super clean.

The place was very nice. We had a nice balcony view facing the mountains. Upon arriving, there were a few hairs in the bathroom, therefore rating 4 stars for cleaning. Parking is 100/10. We had a parking pass for 6 nights for $50. The location was great, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Waikiki. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again if possible and totally recommend it. It was a good overall experience with Hawaiian Sun Holiday.

We loved the location and the beach access, with two options depending on the day one with a wave breaker barrier and one without. Everything was within walking distance, including stores and restaurants, while still being in a quiet and safe area. The room was spacious with an amazing 180° view and a chair on the balcony to enjoy it fully. Both the king bed and Murphy bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean with extra towels provided for the beach. The host left clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything easy and smooth.

Great spot to stay for the value! Close to the beach. Easy check in and a fully equipt kitchen. Free parking was a huge added bonus as well. We were even offered to borrow beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The rooms are a little dated, but for someone who doesn't spend much time in the room, it was perfect. The bed was very cozy.

We were very impressed with our accomodations. Sure, it wasn't the lap of luxury, but we were very satisfied and found the value in it. My parents, who stayed in a 5 star hotel, saw the value in having a 1 bedroom, fully furnished apartment. They were impressed as well, and are thinking that the next time we all go on vacation, they will look into booking similar accommodations. My fiancé and I were very satisfied.

The bed was comfortable. The room finishings was a bit dated but the kitchen was well equipped. Location was fantastic and parking was convenient. The guest laundry facilities were inconvenient. Guests have to purchase a laundry card for $10 and then load it with money to use. The cost of the card is inconvenient for short stay guests. Without a permanent reception, we could only correspond with office staff during normal business hours which can also be inconvenient.

Hotel lobby was small but quaint. Once i entered hallway of my floor, i immediately thought i was going to regret booking. The doors reminded me of a motel off of movies. But when i stepped in, i was very pleased with the open space of my room and the large floor to ceiling windows. Furniture was a little dated but maybe it was suppose to give island vibes. All the amenities were available and easy to access. Only thing i didnt like was day of check out, i had no where to store my luggage due to me having a later flight and had to pay for over night luggage storage at nearby hotel.

Enjoyed my stay in this spacious condo. Although a little dated, the condo was clean, had a great view, comfy bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking was a big plus and no issues with finding an available stall. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
There's a TV in the living/dining room and a smaller TV in the bedroom.
There's a Murphy bed behind those doors. I didnt use it. AC was cold.
