"My wonderful experience started with Grace. She checked me in to the hotel and was very warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions. Her customer service was excellent! The room was spacious and much larger than other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area for the same price range. The Diamond head ocean view was breathtaking. The pool area was inviting and the resort fee covers towels and beach chairs to use at the beach. The location was great with so many food options in walking distance. We had an amazing stay!"

"The hotel was centrally located and the rooms, surroundings, pools and staff were excellent. The restaurant prices were reasonable, and the food was great at lunch dinner. I liked the easy access to the beach and the shopping malls and restaurants. I'm definitely booking another trip and will advise my friends to stay at the hotel. Great vacation even though the storm was intense in and around Hawaii."

"Decent hotel. Trying to get into contact with them over the phone was very difficult but helpful in person. Nice pool and convenient location, right across from beautiful beach. "

"Pool area my kids could not play with any pool toys. Pool closed early. Amenities inside pool table and ping pong front desk wouldn't allow my husband to check anythinf out. Also, my room towels had hair in it. Blankets were white and looked like their was mold inside the blankets. Don't know if it was the stuffing inside or not. Hotel staff especially the waitesses were very nice. "
