Staff are friendly especially the room service ladies . There was a lady in the front desk who checked us in who was not very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, same as property. It’s also close to beach which is really crowded. They don’t have extended check out. They charge 50$ for one hour ...

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
We enjoyed our stay there, but the bathroom is very small. We’re on the six floor facing the beach and street is can be very noisy with people screaming driving by with loud music. I recommend staying up higher floor or facing the mountain if you like quiet.
