"We found there were worms/bugs at bathroom and bed. We reported the problem to front desk staff and manager, but the problem remains. It causes big concerns and worries for us. The room we stayed at 2nd floor, no elevator, steps only. If I had known there is no elevator, I wouldn't book this hotel. ..."

"We enjoyed our stay here. My son loved the pool with the beach entry and water slide. We enjoyed walking the trails and garden. I loved the morning yoga. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable."
