"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine with surprising good water pressure in the shower. Location is awesome, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and bar options. Breakfast had lots of different options. The only negative was the Wifi which didn’t work in rooms and you couldn’t connect to high speed despite being an Accor member."

"My initial impression of the room was disappointing. Mostly because it seemed that the carpet was stained. (This could have been part of the pattern, but most of the ‘staining’ was around the bathroom door). The room seemed small and I could not find a wardrobe or lockable safe. However, the wardrobe and lockable safe were part of the bathroom ‘assembly’. This was an industrial style metal modular structure which would have looked more in place on a factory floor than a hotel bedroom. However it was functional and I got used to it. The complementary shuttle bus which I took to the railway station was very convenient with a friendly driver. A service that I was not aware of before I arrived (I got a taxi to the hotel from the station (HK$55) on my arrival). Check-in and -out was quick and easy (express key-drop available). I enjoyed the breakfast. Good selection of food and attentive staff. (HK$108?). I would stay there again."
