"Convenient shuttle service to 3 locations at set times. Bus stop right outside to get to Central area or other areas across the road. 10-15 minute walk to Wan chai or causeway bay shopping area. Receptionist a little rude upon checkin but otherwise no other issues. Clean rooms although a few stains around base of taps in the sink & at bottom of mirror. Could do with a bigger fridge & a little more clothes storage too."

"Well received at reception by Maria, staff. Well informed of the neighborhood on where to go around and buy daily essentials. Gave a good tour on the hotel restaurant and amenities. Maria even upgraded our room to one with ocean view overlooking Kowloon peninsula skyline. Although there was a minor hiccup in that there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling (suspected from upper level bathroom leak, not from hotel structural), the maintenance staff handled matter promptly and professionally. We were very impressed by the professional and excellent service of the staff!"

"The service is truly 5-star worthy. We came with a 3YO toddler, immediately welcomed with a dedicated amenities kit and set of toys for her. On one of the nights, we had an incident and needed some clean sheets at 2am. We called room service - help came within 5 mins and we had a full clean bed in 10mins. Can’t ask for more. Location of the hotel is great - connected to Pacific place and MTR. Rooms are a bit older but very well maintained + clean. Worth every single cent I paid."

"The room was tidy and clean, and I loved the convenient location, with easy access to all the main areas of Hong Kong, as well as the fantastic view. The only minor inconvenience was that the power outlets weren’t universal, so I needed an adapter compatible with Hong Kong sockets."
