The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something. Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong. "

The location is convenient with some walking to MTR, but they have shuttle bus service that helps a lot. We highly recommend Dorsett hotel in Wan Chi."

"Our room was very spacious, comfy and luxurious. On checkin we were given a surprise welcomed gift and a sweet welcome note from the manager. The staffs were also very friendly and welcoming even though we arrived very late in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of quality dining options. I would love to return and stay for more nights next time. "
