"Everything about this gorgeous hotel was worth raving about. It had top tier customer focus and attentiveness. Upon arrival, the hotel has an immaculate appearance from check-in to the staff bringing your luggage upstairs for you. Our room had stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the flow of the city life below with absolutely no noise. The room shades provided complete darkness for days we desired to sleep-in. Due to the tropical-like humid environment and warm temps, expect a little mugginess when first checking in to your room, but a quick call down to guest services to request an air purifier will help out a lot. Rooms don’t have universal plugs, so you’ll have to request one from guest services, or simply bring your own. There was no charge, just be sure to return it or they’ll assume you want to keep it for 300hkd. There was daily room cleaning and replacing of towels. The bar and restaurant at the top floor was lively and had great energy, as well as, tasty food and good service whether enjoying outside or inside. FYI, you’ll need to call and reserve a table for the evening hours because it fills up. Restaurant is a rooftop hit with gorgeous views of the Harbour so guests and non guests alike come to the hotel to enjoy it. The hotel is positioned in a premiere location to local eats and street vendors, a mall, and many many 7-11 stores every direction you turn to fulfill your smaller needs. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend!"
