"Everything was closed inside there, I got charged and extra $220 No receipt was emailed and they don’t answer I had already paid for my stay ahead of time, I was supposed to pay each night for 2 nights for parking only Idk why they charged me so much and now they don’t answer "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice staff, quaint rooms, close to everything. We did not swim, but other families were having a good time in the pool."

"Room wasn’t cleaned well, but other than that loved the stay. Restaurants on property were all good and staff was all very friendly. Shout out to Diego at the front desk. He was super friendly and helped me with everything needed"

"Creative space and fun fellow guests. Parking a little challenging on-site with the other venues there, but plenty of local street parking too (when no snow is around)."

"Check in was little rude and then had to which room because the first room was really dirty second room turned out ok. pool looked a little too murky decide not to get in. Only reason I booked was for the indoor pool… overall it’s OK for a quick stay "

"Me and my fiancé stayed at this hotel serveral times during a week trip in Tahoe to celebrate our anniversary. One the last evening, we book another suite and were in the casino, enjoying ourselves, when my fiancé' needed to use the restroom. Upon her entering the restroom, she was followed and confronted by security who did not immediately identify themselves inside the restroom, just strangers asking questions in a private, personal space. After they finally idtifined themselves, she let them know she was a hotel guest and that I was waiting for her in the casino, but security did not attempt to verify this; instead they assumed she was lying and called the police and had her arrested for trespassing. Meanwhile, I am in the casino, unaware of what had transpired. I spent the rest of the evening, into the early morning, frantically searching for my fiancé; only to find out the hotel itself was the responsible. I will never stay at this hotel again, and neither should anyone else. This is not a safe place, the hotel betrayed our trust and may betray yours. Simply put, watch your back. The hotel security are untrained and dangerous. "

"I have stayed at this property many times, but never has the experience been as abysmal as it was this time. The bathtub handle was malfunctioning, making it impossible to take a shower; furthermore, the sound of a leaking toilet kept me from sleeping. To top it off, I had specifically booked a slightly larger room featuring a fireplace, yet I was assigned a standard room instead."
