"Family luxury room spacious, very high sealings and beautifuly done. No view from our window but it didn't really matter - as it also meant sheltered from the outside noise. The one thig to know, speaking of noise, the building is old so we heard all noises in the room above - from walking to flushing but was not for long periods and comes with the old buildings. Also the ventilation system can be noisy. Good location, very nice Christmas decorations. Cleaning and toiletries impecable. Can't say much about the staff as we interacted very little. No complaints non wow either. "

"The Queens gate is in a beautiful area in Kensington. You were made to feel welcome from the moment they greet you at the door and help you with your bags. No matter your concerns or questions, they are there to help you with everything. My daughter and I stayed for four nights and it was one of our favorite hotels. I would highly recommend the Queens gate."
