"Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Greystone. Marcos and Julie at the front desk were very kind to me and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. I also met Pawan, the head chef and owner of the hotel. He provided excellent hospitality and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and professionalism shown by the staff. I hope to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel is a bit dated. The staff is nice but communication between them breaks down often. The valet parking is a nice feature bjt there is no where to park to register your car with the hotel to use it. Once you get past that huddle, it wasnt bad."

"Good location. Building was old, not really maintained. Carpet was grubby. If you want your clean, you have to request. Two 249ml water bottles free IF YOU ASK, otherwise you get it at the lobby from the dispenser. One time I asked for bottled water the male reception pointed to me the water dispenser. I said no, I want bottled water. Very confusing the building had the name Variety Hotel, then there is Churchill Living and then Global Suites at the Apex. Which one is it?"
