Hotels near Hollywood Station

"I love Margaritaville. My only surprise is that a hotel named after an alcoholic beverage has a ton of kids. It was impossible to find a calm area in the pool. The roof pool was closed off for a wedding, so we were disappointed to not have an adult area to unwind in. I don't mind kids, but we just like to relax peacefully. Room was very comfy and clean. Only weird thing is their doors in the bathroom, they are barn doors so you cannot lock it? Very odd when we did a couple's trip with siblings. But overall I love this hotel, and would go back. Food is good too!"

"The hotel was really nice and clean. Beach service was great. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was great. Only thing is - it is pretty far from Miami Beach itself but perfect if you are looking to be away from all the action."

"Old hotel renovated. Bathtub had remnants of old glue. Air conditioner is rusty good airport shuttle. Front desk personnel are a bit rude. "

"The advice of the desk staff to eat at slippers sports bar was terrible we didn’t even go in that place with the drunk men hanging outside cat calling turned us away and then we tried a bbq place that was terrible down the street a bit more. Service was amazing but the food was not good. Watched a drug deal outside the hotel on the sidewalk as well. So the hotel is nice and clean and quiet but don’t go out lol"

"Just a really nice overall stay great facilities kept up well. Very nice resort and a great little waterpark and pool for the kids. Prices of course are a bit high at things like the pool bar, but I believe you should expect that going to a nice JW Marriott resort so it’s not unexpected. Staff was all very helpful and nice. Valet was usually busy, but still got your car in a reasonable amount of time. Not exactly a convenient walking distance to all kinds of restaurants however a very short drive will get you to plenty of different dining options and activities. The only complaint that I have is that there is no available icemaker. While they insist on bringing the ice to your room, almost every time we requested it, it was either completely forgotten or it would take 30 minutes or more to get the ice. As you can imagine, trying to have a drink at the end of the night or before you head out the door waiting 30 minutes or not getting the ice at all is unfortunate . That said I would certainly return"
