The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. "Good value hotel accomodation. Free parking. Helpful staff. Yes the hotel is dated definitely not contemporary..look out for the bird pictures. the gold bobble wall decorations, the few steps up to first floor ( not sure how that worked!), the fish tank and the school hall looking breakfast room...but....the rooms are very clean, towels clean, great simple breakfast (lovely waffles) and all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again"
