"I arrived early and was expecting to wait as check in is usually at 3, but the man ot the reception allowed me to check in at 2.15 and also gave me a free upgrade. I have come here multiple times and have never been let down. "

"Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people "

"We were looking for a hotel in the area and this one was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and had coffee and tea available the only downside was in the bathroom where the shower slider was loose making it difficult to shower."

"Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back ."
