"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. "I would definitely stay at The Metropolitan Hotel Ikebukuro in a heartbeat! The safety, location, amenities, service, food, nearby shopping centers, and attention to detail we received during our weeks stay was simply fantastic! The staff was just so warm and welcoming that it was hard to look for another hotel when we decided to extend our trip for an additional day, we gladly booked our extra day with them, even though there were clearly other hotels much cheaper. My teen daughter and I called this our little home away from home!✨"
