"The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change."

"The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too"

"We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place."

"The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. "Service was top notch. Our butler Brian attended to our every need. All the staff for that matter was on top of every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food on board was phenomenal. You really do get what you pay for with these experiences and I had zero complaints. The water was clean when we went in for each excursion, and there was truly nothing like waking up to and being surrounded by those incredible views everywhere you look. Worth every penny. "
